Resourceful Links
The links listed here are by no means a complete collection of Body or sexual respect information on the Internet, nor are they intended to be.  In addition to links to major U.S. and world organizations, these are some of the most information rich sites we have found for those that are seeking more information.  Many will also lead you to other great sites not listed here.

Not all the links here are even about nudity or sex.  Many are about how to change our beliefs, self-esteem, respect, acceptance, living in harmony with nature and more.

If you have or know of an information rich site that fits with the philosophy of respectful, natural living (naturist or not) that isn’t listed here, please submit it here, along with why you feel it should be included in this list.  Thank you.

(Note: we will not accept sites that are little more than picture sites or lists of links, they must have original content.)
Beliefs

Whether it is about nudity, sex, money, self-worth, success, or anything beliefs can actually be very easy to change once you become aware of them.  It's becoming aware of and exposing destructive beliefs that are unhealthy for you that is the most challenging.  Here are some helpful and effective resources to help you become aware of destructive beliefs and change them.

ReCreate Your Life
This is a very effective free online tool that can help you change one of three limiting beliefs, "I'm not good enough", "Mistakes and failure are bad", or "I'm not Important". This tool shows just how easy it can be to change destructive beliefs.  The same methods used to change these beliefs can be used to change others.  Much more information on this method can be found at The Lefkoe Institute.

Mr. Fire
Once homeless, now a multi-millionaire Joe Vitale did that by changing his destructive beliefs and through his books and programs he teaches others how they can do the same.  His book Attract Money Now
has a Proven 7-step formula to attract money FAST that can work in other areas of life as well.  It's ebook version is available free online.  It is very much about changing beliefs.

Centerpointe Research Institute
Hundreds of thousands of people in over 172 countries have used Holosync® to make dramatic improvements in their lives, I am one of those.  Holosync® is an exceptional audio meditation program that is invaluable in itself, additionally Centerpointe has many other programs to help you master your emotions, your beliefs, and your life.

Sexuality

Our culture is obsessed with sex, but usually in unhealthy and often destructive ways.  Here our a few resources to help develop healthier beliefs about sex.

HealthySex.com

This site is dedicated to promoting healthy sexuality. The information found here can help you make responsible decisions and create healthy beliefs about sex.  This site provides useful articles on how to heal from the effects of sexual abuse, pornography addiction, and other sexual problems. The CERTS model for healthy sex on this site I feel should be the gold standard for healthy sexuality.

Our Whole Lives
Good Sex education is essential to developing healthy beliefs about sex, reducing sexual abuse, teen pregnancy, and other destructive sexual behaviors.  This program provides an excellent sex education for youth and adults it is provided through both Unitarian Universalists and the United Church of Christ.  I recommend you contact your local UUA or UUC churches about this program.

Sex Without Shame
More Christians are acknowledging the goodness of sex, this article is a great example of that.  It is also a good example of the value of respecting sex rather than treating it casually and of seeing spirituality in it.

Nudity

My journey from abuse to healthy sexuality started with changing my beliefs about nudity.  Others have followed a similar path.  Here are some additional resources on nudity to help you.

CFI
Clothes Free International is committed to help free people from the obsessive, emotionally unhealthy, “never be seen naked” disorder that plagues so many people.  CFI is also working to clean up the internet with regard to associating nudity with smut.  Purchasing naturist domain names in order to keep them away from adult sites. A very worthwhile goal!

TNS
The Naturist Society is one of the top naturist organizations and a staunch supporter of our right to use appropriate public lands for clothing-optional activities.  TNS stresses the importance of body acceptance through nude recreation in a clothing-compulsive world that often leaves many people ashamed of their bodies.  TNS is also the parent organization of both the Naturist Action Committee, and Naturist Education Foundation.  It also publishes Nude & Natural: The Quarterly Journal of Clothes-Optional Living.

AANR
The American Association for Nude Recreation (AANR) is the oldest and largest organization of nudist club members in North America with over 50,000 members and more than 200 private clubs, RV campgrounds, travel clubs, and resorts, each offering a wide variety of recreational activities.  The site contains information on AANR, nudism, and a directory of AANR clubs.  This is the best site to go to if you want to find a nudist club or resort in the U.S.

FCN
The Federation of Canadian Naturists (FCN) is Canada's national nudist organization. Along with La Fédération Québécoise de Naturisme the FCN represents and promotes the naturist lifestyle as wholesome, healthy, and enjoyable.  The FCN publishes a quarterly magazine called Going Natural, a series of brochures, and a Canadian Guide.  The FCN gives seminars, media interviews, and runs naturism booths at various major exhibitions. The FCN has affiliations with many Canadian nudist clubs, close links with other naturist organizations, and represents Canadian naturism at the congress of the International Naturist Federation.  The FCN's site also has an article on how to start a club here.

INF
The INTERNATIONAL NATURIST FEDERATION (INF) represents the worldwide interests of organized naturism, which is practiced by people hundreds of thousands of members, as well as millions of non-member naturists.  The INF is present in 30 countries around the world.

Naked beneath your clothing
Based on years of clinical practice, topics include: Psychology of the body, fashion, guilt, self-esteem, disempowerment, delinquency in minors, bioenergetics of naturism, the effect of clothing on energy flow, the effects of bathing suits, breast disorders, the bra, nudity in therapy, and more.

Confronting the public nudity taboo.
A great, in-depth article from USA Today Magazine that suggests that the public nudity taboo may be abandoned one day and why.  This is a must read.

TERA
The Topfree Equal Rights Association (TERA) helps women who encounter legal difficulty  going without tops in public places in Canada, and informs the public on this issue. When  possible, it also helps women in the USA.  This website is intended as an information resource. It should interest women (and men) who understand — or want to understand — that women's breasts are just fine, and in no way disgusting, indecent, obscene, or some other version of bad, any more than men's are.

Naturist Christians
In this site you will find: Supporting Scriptures and references relating to nudity in the Bible. Active forums in which many of our members discuss a variety of issues that interest or concern Christian naturists. A collection of naturist photos that depict natural, non-sexual, ordinary naturism in its best form.  Nearly 600 web links that take you to articles and other sites which discuss over 100 topics of interest to Christian naturists.

Fig Leaf Forum
Fig Leaf Forum is an e-mail and print twelve-page text-only newsletter offering fellowship, edification, and encouragement to Bible believing Christian nudists.  This is a great resource for Christian nudists well worth subscribing to.  The FLF site has several sample articles from the newsletter as well as a debate entitled, "Is Social Nudism Condemned By The Bible As Sinful?"

Natural Living

While having nothing to do with sex or nudity many people who embrace healthier attitudes about these subjects tend to embrace healthier, more natural attitudes about life in general.  It is in that spirit that we share these sites which promote living in harmony with nature and others.

The Simple Living Network
Providing tools and examples for those who are serious about learning to live a more conscious, simple, healthy and restorative lifestyle.

The Center for the New American Dream
Helping individuals and institutions change the way they consume to protect the environment and enhance quality of life for all.  In other words... More Fun, Less Stuff!

Mothering

The Natural Family Magazine, Mothering celebrates the experience of parenthood as worthy of one’s best efforts and fosters awareness of the immense importance and value of parenthood and family life in the development of the full human potential.  Mothering was the birthplace of the natural family lifestyle.  Although not a “Naturist” site every discussion we’ve seen on Mothering’s bulletin boards that involves child or family nudity, comes out heavily in favor of nudity.  The site and magazine cover many issues such as Attachment Parenting, Breastfeeding, Alternative Education, Discipline, Natural Childbirth, and much more.
